Refined sunflower oil, oleic acid

Refined high oleic Bio sunflower oil can be extracted from different organic sunflower varieties. The oil has a very large amount of monounsaturated oleic acid, is more heat stable than the original, rich in linoleic acid. This aspect makes it ideal for roasting.

If you prefer a higher level of linoleic acid, we offer organic sunflower oil, both natural and refined.
