Cold-pressed avocado oil, refined

Our refined avocado oil's superior quality and valuable properties make it perfect for use in the food industry. The benefits of avocado oil are due to the presence of unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins A and E.

Our organic avocado oil (refined) is obtained from the pulp and split core of the avocado by cold-pressing.

History

It is said that the Aztecs used avocados in their diet. Later, Spanish sailors spread it from southern Mexico to the Caribbean, Chile, and later Asia. The main exporter remains Mexico, which supplies almost half of the volume of avocados traded.

An avocado a dark green skin, inside which is a rounded core, surrounded by fruit pulp. In addition to producing avocado oil, the pulp is also suitable for raw consumption. The seed or pith may be 12% of the fruit.

The fruity and nutty taste of refined avocado oil goes well with bread, eggs, fish, chicken, or asparagus. Our organic avocado oil can also be combined with other cooking oils such as our almond oil. Thus, you give a special flavor to the dishes.

Organic avocado oil should be stored in a cupboard or pantry away from light. Once opened, the oil lasts about 6-8 months in the pantry (and a little longer in the fridge), but you can always check the exact expiration dates on the storage container.
