Before being processed, the coffee beans are either left to dry for 5 weeks, or they are thoroughly rinsed with water, fermented, and then left to dry. Thus, both the pulp and the shell of the beans allow for easy roasting. Our organic coffee bean oil comes from roasted coffee beans.
BIO coffee bean oil is obtained by mechanical cold-pressing of roasted coffee beans. Next, the natural oil is filtered.
History
The coffee bush originates from the mountain forests of the southwestern region of Ethiopia. On the European continent, the unique aroma of coffee was brought through the intermediary of the Turks.
The coffee bush is evergreen and can reach a height of 5-6 meters. Coffee fruits resemble cherries, being often called "coffee cherries". The outer layer of the fruit consists of a juicy and sweet pulp. The two seeds enclosed in the pulp are surrounded by a dry, smooth shell.
Compared to organic unroasted coffee bean oil (increased toxicity), the innovative organic roasted coffee bean oil is a true wonder food. Whether you use it in desserts or to flavor main dishes, organic coffee bean oil delights the taste buds.
Surprise customers' fine tastes with exquisite chocolates, flavored ice creams, and other flavorful desserts. Organic coffee bean oil will take them on an exotic journey of the senses.
