Hazelnuts were first cultivated in continental Europe about 8,000 years ago. Its flowers bloom in winter and are characterized by vibrant red, yellow, and green leaves. These nuts have, before pressing, an impressive vegetable oil content of 65%.
To obtain our hazelnut oil, we use ripe, dried, shelled, and ground hazelnuts. Afterward, the nuts are mechanically cold-pressed.
Organic hazelnut oil is a versatile product for the gourmet kitchen. This delicious oil can be used in both sweet and savory combinations. The specific nutty taste goes perfectly with salads, sauces, and fried foods.

When exposed to UV light, peanut oil can quickly become rancid. To prevent this, opt for a dark glass bottle and store it in a cool, dark area.
